Quality Policy Statement
The Airedale Nursing Home is a comprehensively equipped
nursing home.Many people do not realise the differences between care homes and care homes with nursing, as nursing homes are now called. Both types of home provide accommodation, supervision from staff 24 hours a day, meals and help with personal care needs, but nursing homes also have registered nurses on duty at all times. This means that they can provide care for people with more complex needs and those who need regular nursing interventions.which is registered under the terms of The Health and Social Care Act, 2008, and is compliant with the relevant regulations as defined in The Health & Social care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010, and The Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009.
The Home is dedicated to the provision of the finest care for the residents. This will be achieved through the integration of efficient administrative practices with first class standard of care.
Accordingly, the Home has been established with a quality orientated approach to the business, and a high degree of quality awareness is developed through all levels of staff through appropirate training and leadership of mamagement. To reinforce this, it is the policy of the management that The Airedale Nursing Home shall, as applicable to the business, comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 International Quality Standard (latest revision).
